Generally very positive. Repair was completed much sooner than predicted. One blip is that car was relocated to another shop location which made pick up confusing.

Ac system still doesn’t work and they didn’t put the decals on the hood of the car. They busted the bug deflector shield by over tightening the mounting bolts.

Mark was extremely professional, honest and gave excellent service. He made the process so easy and thoroughly reviewed the evaluation of what needed to be done when I dropped off my car and when I picked it up! I would highly recommend Mark and Gerber Collision in Addison. They are the best!
