The person who did the inspection on the car after the accident did not fairly access the damage done to the vehicle from the accident. I have been a customer many times and I dont think I will use this company in the future.

I got a call from the shop that my car was ready and the guy wanted me to pick up my car right away. He did not consider I might be busy working and was adament that I should pick it up or something might happen to the car. And he was even willing to stay later just so I would pick it up the same day. I was very dissapointed and the pushiness of the situation and "threatening" that something might happen to my car at this location if I didnt pick it up right away.
