Car is still not fixed to my level. All they do is make excuses why they can't fix it.

They told me the car would be ready in 1 week, it took them almost 2 weeks. I'm not satisfied with the work they did, the hood is not aligned properly, all I've gotten are all sorts excuses for their inability to fix the problem.
