Communication has been excellent and consistent. Staff are friendly and approachable. Steve explains the process thoroughly and lets you know you can ask him anything. It was done on time within the given timeframe, and it was a huge hail repair

Everything was done just as Steve said it would be. He called every few days with reports on the car, & said it would be ready on the 22th. and it was. To me that is complete satisfaction.
