I tried to explain to the lady she might be the owner and why I wasn’t happy with my car and she explained to me they couldn’t fix that part but that’s all part of it. They did a terrible job on patching it together. They did a good job, vacuuming my trunk and cleaning my windows

Despite it not being my faulth, this was the 2nd occasion that I had the privilege of having my car reconstructed by Gerber Collision & Glass. On both occasions, at the outset, they were very detailed and thorough about what needed to be done, by walking me through each step of the process. Then as the work continued, they regularly updated me via text so that I would know the progress of the repair. Finally, after the work was completed, they notified me immediately and led an inspection with me to ensure that I was satisfied with what had been done. Both times, my car looked as though it had just been driven off the lot! Prior to Gerber, I'd never done business with a body shop that was as personable and professional as Gerber. I highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass because their work is superb.

I been around a long time n had many cars n SUV with a lot of repairs back to the dealership hold in the wall body shop .I am here to say ur are the best by test keeping it one hundred with ur guys I never had a clue I will pass the word around that little place up there in the hood on 3 street do great work
