I was treated with courtsey and Steve was extremely helpful, he explained everything that was to take place as well as making me comfortable in a distressing situation. He consistently kept me informed throughout the process and answered all of my questions. I would certainly recommend Gerber's without hesitation..on a scale of 1 to 10... The car repair looks great. The people I met with were pleasant, professional and friendly. They completed work on the car before their quoted schedule. Since I was unable to get a ride to and from home, Steve was able to transport me. The price was fair, and I noticed the car had been expertly cleaned inside and out before I picked it up. I would and will recommend them to anyone without reservation. Fantastic job and service

Gerber can’t be blamed for the auto worker union’s strike holding up the supply chain of replacement parts. To Gerber’s credit, they followed through on their promise to keep me updated, twice a week. In addition, all employees were a pleasure to deal with.
