My job was completed 3 days late. I was told it would be ready on Monday, but text said Tuesday, and then it was changed to Wednesday. The front fender wheel flares are held away from the body by the double faced tape holding them on, thought they should be tight to keep water and dirt out. Drivers headlight wasn't aligned and it is currently aimed low. Haven't called yet, because I don't have time to give up my vehicle again? Frustrating.

Professional and knowledgeable. Did not happen to me, but it was suggested that I may have to ride up to Monticello to complete the paperwork for the rental car. I almost cancelled repairs. However, the staff worked it out that I could drop my car off and pick up the rental on site. Just as a recommendation, I would force the rental car company to make an effort to have car delivered to your business. Thank you again. Best regards, Kurt.

Customer service at the front desk was great. The folks ordering parts were horrible. I went in to get the estimate. All went well. We setup an appointment. I was told they would order the part. I showed up on a Tuesday to drop off the car. They had not ordered the part. The part would come on Thursday. We drove both cars home. What a waste of my time when I was proactive in trying to make sure they had the part.

I was initially concerned when you Rogers location transferred my repair work to Albertville, but I did need to be. Albertviloe did great work, kept me informed, and helped me with a couple of other things (license plate holder issue, I thought a scratch to my suv had happened, but Albertville professionally and curteously should me it was a pre-existing condition) that I was not aware of). Great job everyone.
