The experience at the Altamonte location has been completely disappointing. As a woman, I am at a loss with the lack of communication and quality of the repair. I have left a message and emailed asking for help on next steps and have not heard anything from the shop. Seeing as the molding detached from my vehicle I don’t see how this is acceptable from a customer service standpoint. I could not recommend this location to anyone.

My car was returned with low tire pressure on all (4) tires. Approximately 1 1/2 weeks after repair the molding that was repaired detached from my car while driving. I have called the shop and emailed on next steps and have not received a response.

During the process I sent (2) emails and left several messages - did not receive responses. Matt tried his best but did not accurately relay information. After the molding detached, I left a message and sent an email - no response from anyone at the shop.

This was an amazing experience! The car looks almost brand new and even smells great... the interior clean as a finishing touch is just so nice. And making sure I could pick it up today from the drop box... really appreciate everything!!
