From the time I first called to when I took my car in just two days later, I felt assured I was in good hands. The young gentleman at the front desk was focused, kind, and organized. The whole lobby exuded calm confidence. A repair technician was kind enough to come out and take an initial look and discuss her thoughts. Updates were even better than promised. I felt very comfortable and informed. I even got my Subaru back a day early. The same fellow from the front desk got my car, clearly relayed all work completed, and reassured me I could call with any concerns. My car looks wonderful. I am amazed and appreciative of the entire process. I was , of course, initially upset about my car, and they made a nerve-wracking situation pleasant. The car looks back to new. Thank you sincerely. I am inspired to pay their exceptional professionalism and kindness forward in my own profession.

There are white stains in the car, on the doors and center console area. Not sure if it’s paint or water stains from the windows being left down but I haven’t been able to get it off the inside of the car so far. Like something was sprayed and attempted to wipe clean
