I am satisfied with the work you have done for my Toyota recently, and also the shuttle service. Although the receptionist didn't get the correct address, it's already passed 5:00pm when I got to the shop, but there was still someone there so I was able to pick up my car. Thank you.

The car looks great, no sign of repairs whatsoever. The customer service was very friendly, and the employee who brought my car to me took some extra time to put plastic on the driver's seat to protect it from my own sweat (I had run to the shop to pick up my car on a very humid day). It appeared as though the car had been vacuumed as well, which was a nice touch.

You painted 18 inches on bottom rail under the rear door and taped it off and you can see the tape line and paint doesn't match, not sure why you just did not paint the whole bottom rail!! Probably took more time to tape off than just paint the whole two inch rail. Not a very professional job in my book. Looks like a home paint job. Rest of the work looks good on the outside. Inside was dirty when I picked it up. Dead bugs on the dash and windshield all smeared. Overall not impressed.

I had an appointment scheduled and when I came to the appointment they told me that they hadn't ordered my part yet. It would have been nice if they called to let me know beforehand. The car was repaired well, and I am satisfied with the quality of the body work.
