Chris O’ Neill was awesome. He was available immediately when I dropped my car off. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He made the entire process very easy. He communicated with me daily when my car was being fixed. It only took 3 days to get my car back. Chris is the best! I highly recommend Gerber and will use them in the future.
