Superior customer service. The tech who met me and looked at the car was expert and inspired confidence. Office staff were right on top of things and extremely helpful in explaining things and discussing options related to dropping of rental vehicles etc. I was VERY impressed!

The whole process was great and the staff were very helpful. After leaving once I picked up my vehicle (I had to leave quickly that day), I noticed the windshield repair part seemed loose and the bumper was bowed out from the vehicle in two spots.

They were absolutely fantastic. I had a minor fender bender and was traveling out of the state for the summer. They got me right in and fixed my car in less than a week. They were so professional and so kind. What a great experience that I hope I don’t need again, but if I do, they are my first call.
