When I got hit, the impact made my tire warning light trigger on I specially asked if it was repaired and was assured that it was. While driving the car home the warning light came on. Now I have miss more work to come back and have it repaired.

We are still waiting on several parts to complete the vehicle repair. At the time of drop off my vehicle was in good working order. Upon receipt of my vehicle, I received my car with a dead battery, AC no longer working, and incomplete repair. My vehicle had been serviced less than a week prior to drop off at the Gerber location with attention being made to AC, battery, and full annual inspection with no issues present at the time. The car had trash on the inside and spots on the carpet. It appeared the car may have been washed, but the top of the vehicle was very dirty. The repairs to hail damage seem sufficient, but overall I'm aggravated by incomplete repair and issues surrounding the vehicle I dealt with right from the go. Thank you

They were amazing...Christina at the front desk was so nice through the whole process... they got out an unrelated scratch... gave tips on other parts or my car and when Elizabeth the manager found out about my autistic twins she had 2 candy filled Halloween cups for them the next day when I picked up my car... they went above and beyond and made my day. People aren't genuinely nice like this now a days. Thank you and I will recommend yall to everyone. Yall have a great team there please appreciate them
