The entire staff was so friendly as soon as I walked through the door, Sandra greeted me with a smile. Pasquale explained the estimate in detail and I was even shown what would be repaired. I was told I would receive updates on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s but I got at least 4 a week, so that’s was a plus. My car was completed a day earlier than expected! I was so impressed by the professionalism and so excited to get my car back looking like new again. Thank you Gerber for the excellent service I received, it was beyond my expectations!!
