Vehicle was damaged in their parking lot and wasn't notified about it until it was time to pick it up. Then I needed to get a rental car last minute on Memorial Day weekend due to their poor planning and lack of communication.

Cosmetics were done well, but the headlamp (which was at the focal point of damage) wasn't even operational. My winterization kit wasn't assembled properly and there is other damage to the transmission that was overlooked

My completion date was continually pushed by not once but twice. On the upside Gerber did cover the cost of the rental!

When I picked up my car it smelled as if someone had smoked in it. Neither I or anyone in my family smoke. I even had a girlfriend confirm the smell.

I was not satisfied with the service that I was given at Gerber. The glass on my trunk door was put back crooked and sloppily. There was also a dent on my car that had not been there when I dropped it off, this makes it seem as if the workers at Gerber are careless with customers' cars. The car should be checked and inspected to assure that it is in perfect condition before being given back to the customer. The car was not ready when they had said it would be. They also did not provide me with updates as they promised they would on my vehicle, I had to keep calling them to see how things were coming along. This type of service is extremely unprofessional and I was not satisfied with it in the slightest.
