The whole experience was great. The staff kept me updated after my car needed to stay longer than expected. They took care of the rental car extension and handled everything. I'm very pleased with the service and my car looks good as new.

The part that was ordered was not the same previous. So I have mismatched parts on my car.

I had an appointment that was scheduled prior to the week, when appointment came, I had to reschedule because part was not ordered because they say they couldn’t get in contact with the warranty company. I called warranty company and was able to contact them with no problems. I had to do a three way call with warranty company and Gerber, what I feel like should have not been my responsibility, to make sure that the service is done

The communication was outstanding, and they worked directly with the insurance company while keeping me informed every step of the way. The repairs to the fender, bumper, and the door were flawless, the paint match was perfect, and my car honestly feels like new again. I was especially impressed by the extra touches—they cleaned the interior, replaced my gas cap without me even asking, and had a welcoming lobby with coffee, water, and even a nice treat bag when I picked up my vehicle.
