I actually had a friend that asked me about your company because she was just in a car accident and I told her her about my experience with your company. She is also with State Farm so she is thinking going with another repair shop.

I brought my car in because State Farm said that you guys are a preferred serv. provider. After my car was inspected and qoute was given to my ins company Jim from Gerber said that there were additional repair that was an out of pocket expense. This items were not damage prior from me dropping my SUV. To make a long story short I complain to State Farm, State Farm called Gerber, I then later on recieve a VM Jim stating that the parts the he originally inspected to be broken are now ok. I felt like Gerber was trying to pull a fast one and I have contacted BBB to possibly file a complaint.

This was a complicated claim. We began our claim in Chicago , and then I moved to Atlanta before the job could be finished. Waafik and Michelle in the Aurora,IL office were incredible to deal with during this process, as were your personnel in the Decatur, GA office.
