Picked up my car on 7/13 after 4pm. Car stopped on 7/14 around 2pm. Stranded at the hospital picking up my daughter. Called Gerber and guy came out and jumped my car. Rode max 20 minutes to my daughter's house. When I cut the car off it did not start again. Called Gerber again and was told by Nancy the car cutting off has nothing to do with accident Diagnostic test show my battery was low. She thought I was told about this. I told her I was never told this. My battery was new and just purchased in January 2026. That was the service I got. Not concern that I was stranded. I called and had my car towed to where I get any work done on my car. They found that the alternator was no good they installed in January. That is the reason the car did not start because the battery was not charging. Gerber had my car June 29th thru June 14. I can't believe the car didn't start some of those days and they didn't mention it. I am very disappointed in this. Thank God I was not too far away otherwise I could have been stranded miles away from my home and alone.

This is the second time I have used Gerber. The first time was a while back at the St Charles location on Stern & Kirk Rd. From day one everyone was very friendly and answer the questions I asked. I will recommend Gerber to family and friends. Lynn at the New York location was very nice and friendly to everyone that came in for service. My son Leonel Galvez has also used Gerber.
