recieved the car with the inside damaged, back window scratched/cracked, inside also got some deep scratches and forced damage when the inside was being taken apart, also the headliner isnt fully put together right where my sunroof is. the outside repair is good but not perfect, you can see the different color from the original parts from the new ones.

I found plastic parts and pieces scattered under my hood. Also they did not repair the torn windshield wiper connection that the animals had damaged. Someone wrote on the top of the lid of the refill windshield wiper Leak. That leak was not there before.

The paint job was not done right, the clear left a dripped mark on the car. There is also a lot of dust stuck to the clear that I can clearly feel with my hands and see from different angles. Which that means that the car was not properly polished and waxed.

Car repair was good however at the time of our pickup, we discovered the paint was the incorrect color necessitating the car to remain in the shop over a weekend and 2 additional business days. One instance of this is somewhat excusable, however a repair on this same car at this same facility back in 2024 had the exact incorrect paint applied. Really not a great experience.
