My car wasn't ready when I was called to pick it up and I was told it would be ready by a certain day and had to wait an extra day. My car is still not running well and I have to lose time to retake it again to get checked. Not pleased with the professionalism and performance.

I know things get out of our control, but don't lie to your customers saying you got a new rim and tire when clearly you could see it's not new and it's not in the final bill.

We were most impressed with all the help we received from everyone starting with the front desk who were extremely helpful in navigating the intricacies of auto insurance. Damage was assessed very professionally with details of the damage written down and competitively priced. Damage was repaired to our satisfaction and Gerber was kind enough to deliver the car to our house and return the rental car.

Incredibly patient, kind, non-judgmental and incredibly technically competent. Walked me through the repair process and what to expect. Kept me informed at every stage of the repair.
