Satisfaction : 10.. “Mark” the assigned Technician was understanding of my stress re: the repair that was needed after an accident . He spoke on “ plain English “ not using difficult technical language to describe the process needed to be done . Fortunately all the Nissan parts were available …& my car was ready I less than 4 days . A wonderful surprise is that my car had been cleaned on the outside !!!! My vehicle encountered a few hiccups that were out of my control that cause repair delays. When I was given truck upon completion the vehicle ended up not being fully repaired which could have resulted in me getting into another accident.
