I picked up my car this morning. Had to wait till someone get off the phone. Also, there were scratches on my front driver door that we’re not there and also my backup camera is no longer working. I will be calling in the morning. Also, the young lady that did the walk around with me to assess my vehicle, saw a light in the dash so I asked her to check to make sure that he wasn’t nothing related to the impact to my car and I had to keep asking them three or four times with a checked and it wasn’t checked and then when I did finally asked again he had to find out this morning and told me it was an ABS related issue that was incorrect. The ABS light was not on and also when I got in the car this morning when I opened the door that same light came on and when I closed the door that light went off, so it was the light for the door, but when the trunk is open, so I’m a little concerned about the repair quality most importantly my backup camera is not working and I have scratches on my door that we’re not there

We have in the past. Will not be going forward unless quality and service improves. I have 2 stars for other areas because once we got it fixed properly it was good. It should have never gotten to this point.

Quality has significantly reduced from when we’ve used them before. Truck was originally going to take 4-5 weeks. They it was done in 4 days. It had obvious dents in new areas of the panel. When shared feedback and request To fix it, there was nothing but excuses and debating how bad it was. They should have never been there after a $10k repair. They should have just said sorry, fix it and move on. After much arguing they fixed it. All of this could have been avoided.

The paint repair turned out looking great! And my estimator, Lexi, was fantastic - I had a concern about a couple of chips on the bumper that the paint shop missed , and she got it taken care of right away!
