Zach (Zachary Carrasco) was absolutely INCREDIBLE! He went above and beyond to help me get my car repaired and returned to me in a short timeframe so that I could keep my plans for a family trip. I also learned from another team member that he personally drove and picked up a part for me so that nothing would be delayed. This level of customer service isn’t seen often and I genuinely appreciate his kindness, compassion and professionalism. Though it was small, his actions felt like a special little holiday miracle and I am so thankful! Zach, thank you for all that you did to make this process so smooth and easy. You were wonderful to work with and I’d choose to go with you and Gerber anytime.

Great. Got my car back in less than a week when they initially said it may take 1-2 weeks. The work and was great, got daily texts with the updates and they did a good job finding my car. Paint and repair job is great and everything was perfect.

I was not fond of the way the keys to my vehicle were less than secure in a sort of mail box without a lock of any kind. Anyone could have walked up and taken the key/car.
