Just was notified by factory certified technicians at Autonation Chevrolet that my vehicle is missing the condenser and radiator baffle. The quote indicated lower and upper baffles for the radiator, yet a technician had indicated these are missing. I will be taking my vehicle back to Gerber Collision once my vehicle is out of the Agency service department so that Gerber can address these issues at bo additional cost to me.

Laura and Lexi and the GC&G crew went above and beyond in this experience. I was unable to really clean my car out before my appointment due to a series of unfortunate events, and I was shocked to find my cars interior in better condition than I had left it! Y'all truly didn't have to do that, but you did (literally they cleaned the trash out of it)!!! Plus the paint and body work was just top, looks brand new!! Lexi kindly entertained my 3yr old while Laura and Enterprise took care of me. All around amazed by the professionalism. Thank you, it was more than I deserved.
