Was told I could use a different car rental because I could get a better price and that they would call me back. They never called me back. So when I get at Gerber to drop off the car the girl said I needed to call cuz I would get more help. Why wouldn’t she call and make sure. But I did call and I still had a better price at my car rental after I had canceled it. Not good customer service

I give a 5 because the receptionist was super rude to talk to and not helpful. In person was even worse. Carolina was very helpful and apologetic for the issues that arose.

Repair was eventually completed. Whomever details auto prior to return to customer should be terminated. Third row of vehicle was covered with white overspray paint and water. Obviously the vehicle was repaired with the windows in the down position. Completely unacceptable.
