Great service!!! Everyone was courteous, friendly, knowlegeable and very professional. I would like to express my appreciation to Carolina Jaramillo, she was terrific. My 2001 Corvette needed a new passenger side mirror -- Carolina researched the mirror and quickly ordered one -- not a small task as the replacement was no longer supplied by manufacturer. She kept me informed of replacement progress, the mirror was replaced and painted in one day!!! I couldn't believe it!! Carolina even changed my original appointment to the next day to give me continued use of the vehicle. I received my car cleaner than when I dropped it off and I keep it clean. What a great experience. Carolina and Gerber are the BEST!! Just a terrific collision repair center. I highly recommend Gerber Avondale to anyone needing vehicle collision repair. My car looks great and the paint matches perfectly -- also not a small task as it is the original!!! Again -- just the BEST!!!

GREAT service!! I had a damaged passenger side mirror on my 2001 Corvette that needed replacement. I went to Gerber Avondale for an estimate and was seen quickly. Everyone was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. In particular I would like to thank Carolina, she quickly located the mirror assembly -- not an easy task as the manufacturer no longer carried the item, contacted me and we made an appointment. Prior to my appointment time, Carolina suggested we change to the next morning to allow more time using my car. I expected a three day process -- it took just over a day and the paint matches perfectly -- also not an easy task as it's the original on a 25 year old car. Excellent repair and my car was returned cleaner than when I brought it in -- I keep my car pretty clean. Just a GREAT experience. Carolina was fantastic. If you need auto collision repair -- Gerber Avondale is the place to go!!!

I understand that after a collision , a vehicle will never be the same. Gerber did a great job at making my vehicle look good as new. Even went as far as washing the vehicle and I appreciate that. So yeah I would recommend this location.

After examining the vehicle closer , I was able to notice the trunk lid doesn’t line up flush. It’s hard to notice but the trunk lid looks like it’s not closing fully. So it looks like it’s popping up a bit. I noticed the plastic arm covers that open the trunk aren’t Identical. I don’t know if that’s why the trunk lid looks open. Also the spacing lines on the edges of the trunk are off , the left side is wider than the right side, I’m not sure if it’s bc the arms are different. Other than that it’s a great job.
