This is the second time I have been to Gerben collision. They have had to replace my bumper twice now. Both time my car has come out looking like showroom new. I would like to thank Colleen for all the help she has done for me. Answer all my questions and with the rental car too. Colleen is one of the best employees that they have. The people in the back aren’t to bad either

I would hope they are more careful so other people don't get a screw in their tire. They did try and fix it but the next day I had to bring it to the shop they said does their mechanical repairs to get the tire fixed

The staff were friendly. I was not happy with the length of time it took for the repairs. My delivery date was changed three times. It ended up taking 23 days for repair and I have to pay for part of my rental during this time
