Colleen was fabulous. My issue is with the repairs. I have to go back to have a headlight fixed correctly. When i went to pick up car 1st time, front bumper not flush. Had to come back again.

Have had vehicles repaired there over years. This was bad. At least the general mgr got my car ready once i communicated with him.

The 2 day job turned into 5 days. No notifications of issues were initiated by the Gerber Ballston lake garage. Repair quality good

I had to initiate contact to the shop to get updates. The shop staff never sent updates via Gerbers status texting app. I finally had to reach out to shop general manager to get the car read. The shop desk person was not caring about delay...saying the insurance co will cover the renal vehicle.
