My insurance paid $1,500 for the repair, and I paid $350 for a rental car because the shop took more than a week to complete the work. Although the customer service was very satisfactory and the staff were kind, the quality of the repair itself was unacceptable. It has only been one week since I received my car back, and parts are already falling apart. I am requesting immediate rework on my vehicle and reimbursement for the $350 rental car cost. I also have photos showing the current condition of my car and can provide them upon request.
