Everything was good and perfect. Fender looks brands new. Paint well matched and the side steps being replaced was an added bonus. Also I got my truck back a week early then expected. That was far the best part.

There were plenty of communications stating the scheduled completion of the vehicle but when the completion date was missed there was no communication and since that time the communications have been just as poor.

Great experience with this team. Jessica is a real star and her leadership permeates to the rest of the team at the Lageshulte location. When I had a concern about a mark left on one of the parts, she personally came out in 0 degree weather and buffed it out. Yorgan kept me up to date throughout the process and my bro at the front desk took care of all the setup and close out with smooth efficiency. I know he gets the same questions every day and he took his time making sure I was in full understating of what to expect and had my rental process flawless. What truly blew me away was the ownership Jessica took to make the parts match the rest of my car. A trim piece arrived in a stock color and without blinking, the team made it right and color matched it perfectly. No hassle, no escalation, they knew what I would want and took care of it. This kind of ownership is rare and I appreciate it. I will refer all my friends and family to this team for their auto body needs.
