From the moment I walked in the door, Brandon was fantastic. He took the time to patiently answer all my questions, describe everything that was going to be done, and even facilitated transportation to and from work when I dropped off and picked up my car. Very friendly and polite team members to work with. I especially appreciated all the updates either by phone or text messages. I also appreciated the attention to detail that Brandon gave and was pro-active in having a few of the repairs redone so they looked right. Rick was extremely helpful, accommodating and understanding when I brought my car in and handled my claim. I left my car for several days since we were going out of town and when I picked it up this morning, it was absolutely spotlessly clean as well as repaired. Way above and beyond.
