Rick and Brandon were especially kind, understanding, explained each step in detail. The communication both in person and online during the process was attentive and detailed. My car looks wonderful, they did a great job and made the whole experience for me as easy as possible! I am greatly pleased and feel blessed that my auto insurance company, State Farm, recommended Gerber to me. I had to remove a sticky black substance from top of both R-front & R-rear passenger side windows as well as had to clean ALL windows because a thin film of clear dusty (but sticky) particles stuck all over ALL windows imairing visibility. This substance was also all over my car, however I wS told not to wash my vehicle for 30 days..... I believe this substance is residue from shop work (??)
