Unfortunately a delay to the forecasted date in our vehicle repairs being completed required us to re-rent a vehicle after the we had turned in our rental. That then caused a series of other circumstances to cause our vehicles completion date to be delayed. We are in communication with Gerber and appreciate their efforts to offset the negative experience

I came in for a estimate to get my side skirt put back on. The estimator, Rick, was the one who helped me and he was so kind to help and made sure I was comfortable as I waited. I scheduled to come in about a week later and I got my car back within 10mins. The whole process was easy and the customer service was great.
