Most interactions were good, but I received a text on Friday stating my car was ready and the shop would contact me shortly to arrange pick up, but never received a call. I called the shop on Saturday and was told a rep would call me back to sort out the issue, but my call was not returned. I was not able to pick my car up until Monday with no explanation.
