Great experience from start to finish! When the car was brought in, Gerber already had the paperwork drawn up from the insurance claim. Gerber dealt directly with insurance every step of the way from estimate to final payment. Adrian was awesome to work with. Very thorough when explaining estimate, great communication throughout the entire process, and the repair was done wonderfully and on-time.
