There was a previous time this vehicle went to Gerber and was not completely fixed. We noted it this time and they worked with Nationwide to get it added to the previous claim, and both repairs completed at the same time. The previous time there were issues with time and communications, but it seems like they have gotten all of that worked out.Great customer service!
