The repair work was beautiful and the interior of my car was fantastic! The reason I gave Gerber an 8 was because of the communication about extended time on the job, having to wait for parts on 2 different days and the fact that the paint guy was not there on Thursday or Friday. I understand things change, parts break, etc., but being kept informed would have really worked for me.
