I am totally satisfied with the work that was done to my vehicle. There was an issue though, my wife came to get me and not knowing where she was going went to try the se 10th street door thinking it was the entrance. She was met there by an older gentleman, who’s name I didn’t get, with a very gruff tone in his voice almoost yelling at her that that was not the entrance. He said the entrance was around the corner with that same gruff tone. She asked if there was parking there and he replied plenty of which there really is not. My wife is handicapped and the only handicapped parking spot was filled with a car that someone was supposed to pick up the night before, but did not. That person and the lack of parking is an issue that needs to be addressed.

Very impressed how easy everything was for me from getting it an estimate to having enterprise bring me to the shop but a special thanks to Sydney because when I got there, we were having the most horrific rainstorm ever and I'm older just had knee surgery and the rain was coming down so hard. I was afraid I might slip if I had to go get my car so she got it for me in the horrible rain that is a special employee. I would give them an A+ +++++

What was supposed to take 9 business days took 3.5 days! And the car looks so shiny and almost new, like the day I drove it off the lot. I did have to go back to get the front bumper adjusted because the left side popped up on me randomly 1.5 weeks later, but it was a quick in and out and now the car looks amazing. Thank you for all the great work!
