Overall satisfied. Would be nice if, on these newer car models, if you would let the car run until the outside temperature sensor calibrated. Because my car thought it was 30 BELOW ZERO, my AC didn't work until the sensor started reading proper temperature. Also, my wife noticed a defect and I will be bringing the car back for inspection soon.

Nato Garcia was absolutely amazing. Made my experience a Great One. He was very polite and took the time to explain the process and a clear time line. He even called me ahead of schedule. My car was clean and looked better than when I bought it. The two Ladies at the front desk / Customer Service Reps were so friendly and helpful. Had very helpful answers for any questions I had. They helped me to arrange a ride to Enterprise, and were so welcoming and pleasant to speak to. A huge Thank You to the backstage Crew who delivered ahead of schedule!!
