Jessica was absolutely fabulous to work with! She kept me updated about the estimate, insurances response and the progress of the work. She was so proud of the final result and shared in my excitement when I got to pick up my vehicle. Getting your car repaired is never ideal but I appreciated the positive experience with Jessica at Gerber Collision.

I brought my van in for repair, but after their work, it was in worse condition. They later said they couldn’t fix it due to a prior total loss which should’ve been flagged before repairs.’ And when I called to understand the situation, the representative became upset and ended the call.
