You can tell they been doing what they are doing for awhile. Everything went smoothly. They kept me updated on the progress of the repair. And finished when they said they would. Made the transition to a rental vehicle easy. I appreciate professionalism. Although they don't cost more than any other shop I'm willing to pay extra for the no nonsense.

Gerber did an outstanding job fixing my 2019 Explorer. Jessica was outstanding in customer service. She kept us informed on progress of the repair and it was done in a very expedient manner. She also found the least rxpensive method to repair a broken tail light in an unrelated issue.
