I couldn’t recommend the team at Gerber enough! I was involved in a not-at-fault accident and the driver’s insurance recommended me to Gerber. They were super communicative and worked directly with State Farm so I didn’t have to facilitate much. The team members I interacted with were kind and helpful with both my car and answering questions about my rental car plus the entire insurance process. I hope I won’t have to be back but if I were to need help again, I know I’d be in good hands.

Overall, repair quality is decent. Some minor alignment issues with various borders. Was not communicated ahead of time on additional repairs to allow for approval. Was not made known on additional cost until services had already been rendered.

Everyone was very pleasant, responsive, and kept me up to date with repair process etc. Vincent (estimator) was very helpful and great to work with as my point person. I picked up my Jeep today after it took front end damage from a tree falling from a recent storm. The finished work looks great and performed in a timely manner. Thanks, Gerber!

My Jeep was damaged from a fallen tree branch that rolled into the front end during a storm and punctured the bumper, headlights, fender, hood. I selected Gerber for the repair through my insurance and it was my first time working with Gerber. The team at the Lincoln Park location was great! Special props to the estimator Vincent for the great communication and professional support through the process. He kept me in the loop during the entire process and patiently answered all my questions, concerns, etc. My Jeep was fixed within 10 days and it looks brand new. Thanks, Gerber team!

The repair shop was verry, very good. There was a slight hiccup with a tire issue that occurred while my Jeep was in their possession but we were able to work though it.

The repairs were completed thoroughly and quickly. I would have liked more updates along the way. When we dropped the car off, the receptionist indicated updates were sent out in Tuesdays and Thursdays. That was on Tuesday, June 30th. Didn’t hear anything again until Thursday, July 9th when the car was ready for pick up. This is overall minor feedback! From the beginning of the process until I picked up the car, everyone was friendly and quick! I have used Gerber several times and always had a positive experience with you!
