This is one of the most professional companies from top to bottom that I have been associated with. From the receptionist to the estimate reps to the mechanics working in the back; all were extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the job that was required from all of them. yes I was very satisfied with the job, it was done on time, exceptional paint job, & repair. Chase Jabara is the best! One little incident I feel you should know about. The compartment on my dashboard which holds small things. Some of which were three small cigarette lighters.for some reason we're completely destroyed, as if somebody took a plyer's and smash them to smithereens,the shattered shards of plastic and broken lighter parts left behind.it only took me a minute clean up. But I thought it was something you should know about

So likely that I am in fact bringing my car back to fix a window that Gerber found wasn't working properly and bringing in my truck to get some scuffs etc removed.

The two young ladies working the phones and office area were super friendly and engaging. They were happy to chat with me while I waited 15 minutes for my car to be ready. Also, the guy who helped me with my car Chase/Chance? Was excellent. I ended up getting additional work done that was unrelated to the initial issue because the pricing was right and he was helpful. Nobody made me feel "hustled" they were just nice and helpful.
