1. Service too slow- It took 11 days to fix the front bumper. Only the bumper! 2. The color of the bumper looks white compared to rest of the car. It looks like it came from a different car. Looks very cheap.

Nick was amazing professional communicative and attentive to detail. Vince was great, but I really wish he would have caught all the mistakes and problems with the car before I did so I didnt have to wait another week for the car.

I unfortunately don't remember the person at the front desk name, but she was very nice the few times I've talked to her. Attentive and helpful. Just great customer service. Victor also very nice and helpful. Explained what was going on and did a quick walk through of what was done when I picked it up. The work that was done like good and I'm happy with it.
