I don’t remember the gentleman’s name but he was tall. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about cars. He explained the whole process to me and I felt much better about getting my car fixed.

They delivered the car to me without finishing the details. Two screws were missing. I don't know where they go. They're loose in the trunk, covered in dust, and the carpet is covered in paint. The seats are all dusty and have dirty spots from the paint. They rubbed it for 12 days, and customer service treated me very poorly when I complained about these details.

I received a text today to pick up my vehicle. When I arrived...there are scratches front to back in the same place of my accident. The mechanic says you ran out of paint and that I can come back at my leisure to get them repaired. This is terrible service and a waste of my time. I left my car and told the representative to order more paint..fix my car correctly. He agreed to pay for my Enterprise rental as I have maxed out my time via StateFarm. You guys have had my car for over 2 weeks. Charged $5500 and my car is still not fixed. I will NEVER use Gerber again. I'm very disappointed and disgusted with the entire experience.
