My experience with Gerber was great from start to finish. They helped me in getting a rental car while my primary vehicle was being repaired. They gave me consistent and timely updates about the progress of the repairs to my vehicle. Their staff was well-informed and did a great job of making me feel appreciated. They did great work and they got my car back to me quickly. I would definitely use Gerber again for my auto repair needs and would highly recommend them to any family or friend in need of auto repair service.

Iâve patronized the Geber for years. Iâve used the shop in Evanston numerous times. After this experience and being a loyal customer, I doubt that I will utilize this shop or any other under the âBrandâ , nor refer any family or friends.

You did the work quickly and beautifully. One issue, I understood your office had made the reservation for my rental, but they say never received the reservation. That caused some inconvenience, because they didnât have a car for me when i arrived.
