After my estimate I was told to drop my S7 to your Glenview Il location where I have brought all my cars in the past. I was told the repair would take 7-10 days. I then received a call that Glenview was sending the car to your Western Ave shop. I received a call yesterday 11/20 that the car was finished after 20 days in your shop! Iâm sure there is a good reason for the delay, and I was looking forward to getting my near perfect 2013 S7 back. THEN I got a call the car had been TOTALED on its way back to Glenview. Thankfully your employees in my car was not injured seriously. I received a call from your manager Sam Ripes who could not have been nicer about explaining the situation. I am now awaiting the next steps on what Gerberâs corporate decision will be for replacing my vehicle.

Melissa was an excellent customer service representative that went the extra mile to communicate with us how the repair was going. The mechanic also was there at the time of my pick up and I appreciated his input on what he did. I will definitely recommend a Gerber and the future.
