I am not satisfied with the work done on my car. I had noticed some differences of the exterior of my car when I first went to pick it up. I had expressed my concern to Mr. Omer. He told me to drive the car so I can figure out if there are any other faults. I informed him that I will do as such but still, the car is not the same in regards to looks, to the original car. Mr. Omer agreed and asked me to do so. I needed the car as it was in the garage for more than a month. This is my experience when I received my car today.

My car is not fixed properly. The work done is realy bad. I will be coming back to fix it. I need the car for some time so I have taken the car. I will stop by as soon as possible.

My car looks great after they fixed the side of the car from the collision. Had the car back within a week’s time. They made it easy working with the rental car company as well. I’m very satisfied. Would go back there again.

Thank you for the excellent work done on my Honda CRV Rt bumper boo boo . The adfitional buffing of the passenger side has made such a positive look and the best car wash ever was a personal touch that is so appreciated..I will be returning to Gerber to have additional work scheduled to complete what you started . Thank you and see you in a couple months.

On the positive side, they did a good job with the car. However, there were several negative aspects of my experience. When I came in for the estimate, I was told that if I confirmed the appointment and they ordered the parts, I could have my car back in two days. I was also informed that someone would contact me the day after I dropped off my car. Unfortunately, no one reached out to me for 48 hours, so I had to call for an update myself. When I called, I was told it would take nearly two weeks because they needed to order an additional part. This felt misleading. Until I picked up the car, I had to call two more times for updates, as no one kept me informed. The lack of communication throughout the process was incredibly frustrating.
