We have used Gerber in Skokie for glass replacement, but I will not be recommending Gerber on Western for accident repairs.

I never received an estimate. When I came to pick up the car, nobody had washed it and there were grease paint markings all over it. I had to back the car out of the lot into the alley as nobody could bring it around for me. Then, about 2 weeks later when I tried to use the air conditioning, it blew only warm air. I took the car to my mechanic, who found absolutely zero freon in the air conditioning. It has now been recharged and I expect Travelers to reimburse me for that expense.
