Communication was great - I was updated on status regularly Mildly disappointed that I found out a day or two before original completion date that a part was needed, but I think that was function of the process and not something Gerber had control over

It was great working with Gerber on my recent collision repair. They made sure I was in the loop throughout the entire process. They were kind and worked with me so I didn’t have to miss much work for drop off. Natalie is a breath of fresh air and is so welcoming. Natalie was amazing. I was informed of progress and issues along the way repair looks good. I'm waiting to see how it handles on the expressway. Took awhile to repair but was done by estimate.

The repairs were excellent, professionally done. You would never know my car had sustained vandalism damage. Natalie was always courteous and helpful. Dan was courteous and helpful. He went above and beyond, buffing out a spot unrelated to the damage, and advising me on the repairs. The car was returned to me glistening and spotless, detailed! These people are the best! I highly recommend them!
